Lexolube® FG-OCL and Lexolube FG Base Oils

Inolex has engineered a line of ester-based H1 lubricants that remain stable where operating temperatures reach up to 550°F (288°C): Lexolube® FG-OCL product series. The H1 designation has been granted by the NSF arm of The Food and Drug Administration, and is believed to be the first ester lubricant granted this categorization for use at higher temperatures.
A well performing oven chain lubricant, Lexolube® FG-OCL is approved for incidental contact with food. This product provides clean lubrication and enhances overall performance. The Lexolube® FG-OCL series consistently remain liquid after long exposure to higher temperatures and show minimal evaporation or deposits.
Lexolube® FG-OCL series can be used in a variety of medium to high temperature applications, but, most significantly, in the lubrication of conveyor chains for baking ovens.
As a part of this product launch, Inolex also has made Lexolube® FG-OCL HX1 Fluids available; these base stocks also meet all the regulatory requirements with incidental food contact and are available for those interested in blending a finished formulated product.
