TGA allows 8.3% use level for sunscreen products

The Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has approved its use up to 8.3% in topical suncare products. Covered under Inolex's U.S. patents 5,833,96 and 5,989,527, this technology is broadly available to all customers without concern for competitive patents.
