Processing Procedure
1. Disperse Item 3 in Item 2 and then add into Item 1 (main batch).
2. Add Items 4 and 5 to main batch and heat to 80 °C.
3. Combine Items 10 – 15 and disperse the pigment uniformly by using SpeedMixer at 2500rpm for 5 min.
4. Add Items 6 – 9 into Items 10 – 15 and heat to 80 °C.
5. Add Items 6 – 15 to main batch with homogenizing at 4500 rpm for 3 min.
6. Transfer the batch to propeller mixing and begin cooling to 45°C.
7. Adjust the final pH to 6.50 – 7.50 using Item 16.

Viscosity @ 25 °C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 55,000 – 65,000 cps

SustOleo™ GMS-SE:Non-palm, Self-emulsifiying stabilizer.
SustOleo™ BA:Non-palm structuring agent. This brassica-derived fatty alcohol stabilizes the emulsion while providing a softer texture than traditional fatty alcohols.
LexFilm™ Sun Natural MB: Plant-based copolymer serves as a soft film former. Provides long-lasting effect and full, even coverage of pigments and filters. Locks in moisture and maintains product uniformity on skin.
LexFeel® Natural: Spreadable ultra-light emollient. Provides a glassy smooth finish, dry after-feel and reduces tackiness.
SustOleo™ MCT: Non-palm light and elegant emollient. Provides a slight cushion and silky skinfeel.
