The UnVisible Sunscreen uses inorganic UV filters for SPF 35 protection and a pigment combination, dispersed with LexFeel® WOW DT, that eliminates the white chalky appearance on all skin tones.LexFilm™ Sun Natural MBprovides even coverage and water-resistance for daily and recreational use.

Processing Procedure
- Combine Items 1 – 2, heat to 80 ºC.
- Disperse Items 7 – 13 pigments in Item 3, which is the main batch.
- Add Items 4 – 6 to main batch, heat to 80 ºC.
- Add Items 1 – 2 to main batch with homogenization at 3500 rpm for 2 min to 3 min.
- Let cool to 45 ºC with propeller mixing, then add Item 14.
- Finish cooling to room temperature with propeller mixing.

Lexfeel™ WOW DT:All pigments are dispersed in this 100% natural, rapidly absorbing, sensory enhancer with an ultra-dry finish and light, powdery skin-feel.
Spectrastat™ G2 Natural MB:Natural preservation system. Protects formulation against yeast, mold, and bacteria. See challenge testing results.
SustOleo™ TSB:Improves hydrophobicity to boost water-resistance. Creates a creamy, buttery texture and can be used to build structure at higher levels.
