PHILADELPHIA (July 7, 2026) — The Independent Beauty Association (IBA) has elected Art Knox, president of Inolex, to its Board of Directors. A beauty industry veteran, Knox leads a global specialty ingredients company at the forefront of sustainable beauty care solutions. He is focused on leveraging chemical engineering expertise and business acumen to drive innovation and deliver safe, effective products that meet evolving industry demands.

Over the course of his career, Knox has built experience in global sales, marketing strategy, and new business development. As president of Inolex, he is dedicated to supporting teams as they navigate the intersection of green chemistry, formulation, and lifestyle trends to create impactful and sustainable outcomes in the personal care industry. Knox earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA in International Business from California State University.
