Processing Procedure
1. Add deionized water to the main mixing vessel
2. Premix Phase AA and add to the main mixing vessel and begin heating to 70-80C with mixing
3. Add Phase B to a separate mixing vessel and begin heating to 75C
4. Maintain 70-80C for 5-min, add the rest of Phase A, and then mix until homogenous maintaining 70-80C
5. Once both Phases are at 75C, add Phase B to Phase A and then add Phase C into Phase AB
6. Once homogenous, remove from heat and begin cooling.
7. Once at 40C, begin adding Phase D ingredients one-by-one ensuring homogeneity before adding the next ingredient
8. Check pH. QS with 20% citric acid or 20% sodium hydroxide to adjust pH to 4.00-4.50 pH.
9. QS back up to 100% with water
