Processing Procedure
- Combine Items 1 – 5 (main batch) and heat to 80 °C.
- Combine Items 6 – 8 and heat to 80 °C.
- Add Items 6 – 8 to main batch with homogenizing at 3500 rpm for 2 min to 3 min.
- Begin cooling with propeller mixing.
- Add Items 9 – 11 to main batch at 50 °C.
- Stop mixing at 40 °C to 45 °C.

Viscosity @ 25 °C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 15,000 – 35,000 cps

Ingredient Function
Lexaine™ C MB: Mild surfactant for gentle cleansing.
SustOleo™ DCS: Lightweight sensory emollient with a soft, dry after-feel.
SustOleo™ BA: Non-palm structuring agent. This brassica-derived fatty alcohol stabilizes the emulsion while providing a softer texture than traditional fatty alcohols.
SustOleo™ GMS:Non-palm emulsion stabilizer.
ProCondition™ 22: This biobased cationic conditioning agent softens the skin. Cationics make great additions to cleansers because they apply pleasantly to wet skin due to the positive charge of the molecule and the negative charge of the skin.
