Processing Procedure
- Combine Items 1 – 2 (Main Batch) and heat to 75 °C to 80 °C while propeller stirring.
- Pre-disperse Items 3 – 4. At 80 °C, add Items 3 – 8 to the Main Batch.
- Continue mixing and heating for an additional 10 to 15 min after solids have melted.
- Maintain heat at 70 °C and homogenize at 3500rpm for 3 min.
- Transfer to slow speed anchor mixing for cool down.
- Discontinue mixing at 40 °C – 45°C and allow to cool to room temperature undisturbed.

Viscosity @ 25 °C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 37,000 – 43,000 cP
