Processing Procedure
- Combine Items 1 – 3 (Main Batch) and heat to 75 °C while propeller mixing.
- At 75 °C, add Items 4 – 7 to the Main Batch and continue mixing until all solids have melted.
- Remove from heat and homogenize at 3000rpm for 3 min.
- Transfer to slow anchor mixing for cool down. At 50 °C, add Items 8 – 10 to the Main Batch.
- At 45 ºC, discontinue mixing and allow to cool to room temperature undisturbed.
