Processing Procedure
1. Combine items 1 – 4 (Main Batch) and propeller mix until the carbomer is fully hydrated.
2. Titrate main batch with item 12 then heat to 80°C.
3. Combine items 5 – 11 and heat to 80°C.
4. Add items 5 – 11 to main batch while homogenizing at 3500rpm for 3 minutes.
5. Transfer to anchor mixing at low to medium speed.
6. Add item 13 to main batch at 55°C.
7. Stop mixing at 35-40°C
Physical Properties
pH @ 25 °C = 6.50 – 7.50
Viscosity @ 25 °C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-E @ 10 rpm) = 46,000 – 200,000 cps

45 °C (12 weeks), 50 °C (12 weeks), F/T (3 cycles)

LexFeel® Natural: Extremely light and dry sensory enhancer with a glassy yet soft feel during application. This emollient is fast spreading with a subtle after-feel.
SustOleo™ GMS1:Non-palm emulsion stabilizer.
SustOleo™ GMS-SE:Non-palm, self-emulsifying stabilizer.
SustOleo™ MCT:Light and nourishing sensory enhancer. This liquid emollient is a medium chain triglyceride and imparts an elegant, non-greasy after feel.
SustOleo™ TL:This powder sensory enhancer melts to a liquid at skin temperature creating a dynamic sensory experience. It leaves a soft, lightweight barely-there skin feel.
