Smooth Shave Lotion
BB-1071
This silky lotion conditions and preps the skin for a comfortable and close shave. It is gentle on sensitive skin and delivers slip and easy glide for the ideal shaving experience. The skin is left moisturized and soft, eliminating the need for an after-shave product.

Processing Procedure
- Combine Items 1 – 4 and heat to 80 °C.
- Combine Items 5 – 8 (main batch) and propeller mix until Calcium Gluconate is dispersed. Heat to 80 °C.
- Add Items 1 – 4 to main batch and propeller mix at medium speed.
- At 70 °C, homogenize at 3500 rpm for 3 minutes.
- Transfer to slow – medium anchor mixing.
- At 55 °C, add Items 9 – 10 to main batch.
- Stop mixing at 45 °C – 50 °C and allow to cool to room temperature.

Viscosity @ 25 °C (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 48,000 – 57,000 cps

LexFeel® N100 MB: Non-greasy, non-tacky dimethicone-like sensory emollient. It imparts a smooth glide, perfect for shaving. LexFeel N100 MB also provides a skin barrier which helps to retain moisture.
