This sunscreen is formulated for efficient solubilization and stabilization of broad-spectrum UV filter systems containing bemotrizinol (BEMT). It's silicone-free and biodegradable. The formula matches that protection with a premium sensory feel and gives formulators room to add nourishing actives and bring higher SPF into everyday skincare.

Processing Procedure
- Premix Items 2-4, then add to Item 1 (main batch) to build a homogenous gel. Heat to 80oC.
- Combine Items 5-10 and heat to 80oC while mixing until clear.
- Add Items 5-10 to main batch with vigorous mixing until homogenous gel cream forms (if not too thick, homogenize the batch).
- Add Items 11-13 while cooling to room temperature.
- Adjust pH to 4.50 - 5.00 with item 14.

Viscosity @ 25oC (Brookfield DV1MRV; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 45,000 – 60,000 cps
