Processing Procedure
- Combine Items 1 – 9 and SpeedMix at 2500 rpm for 5 min.
- Allow to fully cool, then gently propeller mix until uniform before packaging.

Ingredient Function
SustOleo™ TL:This powder-to-liquid texturizer enables emolliency in a powder format. A liquid emollient to a powder dry shampoo would be absorbed by the starches and make the dry shampoo less effective. So by using a powder emollient, this formula melts softly onto the scalp and improves upon the sensory experience of the powder formula.
